Frequently Asked Questions
What should we bring on board?
We recommend sunscreen (non-spray), swimwear, hats, and towels. If you are joining us for an Anguilla trip, original passports are mandatory. We suggest easy, slip-on shoes as we have a "barefoot luxury" policy on board.
Can we play our own music?
Absolutely! Both the Oceane and Seaweed are equipped with premium Bluetooth sound systems. Your day, your playlist.
Is there Wi-Fi on board?
High-speed Starlink Wi-Fi is available exclusively on the Oceane 55ft. The Seaweed 40ft is designed for a "digital detox," though cellular signal is available near the coast.
What happens in case of bad weather?
Your safety and enjoyment are our priority. If we cannot sail safely due to weather, we will reschedule. If rescheduling isn’t possible, you will receive a full refund.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 20% deposit is required to secure your date. This is non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure.
What are the customs fees for Anguilla?
Anguilla is a British territory. We handle all the paperwork for you. A mandatory fee of 35€ per guest covers all customs and immigration entry/exit taxes.
Can you pick us up in Anguilla?
Yes! We can start your charter directly from Anguilla. Pickup points are decided based on weather and your itinerary.
What kind of drinks are in the Open Bar?
We offer a variety of local and American beers, French Rosé and White wines, sodas, and juices. Our signature is our onboard blender, used for fresh Frozen Cocktails and our famous homemade fruit slushies for children.
Is lunch included?
On the Oceane 55ft, we offer a signature 3-course menu (Scallops, Lobster/Mahi-Mahi, Fruit Salad) cooked on board.
Is the boat safe for babies and non-swimmers?
Yes. Our crew is highly experienced with families. Our extra-large floating hammock and EVA foam platforms are incredibly stable, allowing even the smallest guests or non-swimmers to enjoy the water safely. We also provide life jackets in all sizes.
What is the usual tip amount?
Gratuities for the crew are at your discretion, typically ranging from 10% to 30% of the charter price, depending on your satisfaction.
